Undercarriage Wear Parts
The Undercarriage operates under the worst conditions. Proper steel consistency, surface hardness and hardened depth are important in increasing the life of the undercarriage components. It consists of Track Shoes, Links, Pins & Bushes, Shoe Bolts & Nuts, Rollers, Idlers and Sprocket Segments.
Pins and bushes are made of alloy steel, accurately machined on CNC machines, induction hardened and ground. Idlers are made from carbon steel castings and are heat treated to the required hardness. Idler, track rollers & carrier roller shafts are made from alloy steel, induction hardened, machined and ground for optimum performance. End Collars are made from SG castings for high impact and load resistance.
