Specifications:
Transmission
- Suitably constructed brackets and racings support the engine mounted on the frame.

Clutch System

- Replacement of clutch facings is very simple and can be done within a very short time
Steering
- Provision of taper roller bearing in the steering fork ensures easy take up of vertical load and reduction of steering effort.
- Thrust bearings in the warm shaft (operated through a bevel gear and pinion, steering rod and steering wheel) also reduce the steering effort.
- Steering worm segment is fixed on the Fork Shaft through a bracket.
- Steering system easily accessible by opening the bonnets
Brakes
- Parking Brake: Contracting Band type acting on the machined outer surface of the Ring Gear fixed to the rear roll on both the sides, operate by hand wheel.
- Foot Brake: This is an expanding shoe type brake, actuated by links and operated by the driver's foot. The Drum of the brake is keyed to the intershaft of the gearbox.
Final Drive
- Provision of driving pinions on the shafts mounted in the gear box mesh with the internal teethed ring gear on the roll on both the sides of the roller
- Ensures uniform torque on the rolls
- Provision of machine cut gears and pinions
- Rolls rotate on Dead Axle, supported on the brackets fitted to the frame
Pressure Balancing Device
- Unit for measuring Roll pressure- Kilograms per centimeter (kg/cm) length of line contact to earth
- Provision of sliding weight moving, along the angles welded to the side plates of the main frame, to generate variable pressure on both the front and rear rolls
